To bring prosperity to the villages use the school premises to conduct training programs in culinary sciences, driving, carpentry, electronics repairing, electrical repairing, plumbing, janitor services, housekeeping, etc. This will help poor people get jobs for which they can be provided certification by employers as per a standard process which can be online. The idea is more and more people in the villages get to work in the district itself and the training program helps
Not only ITI, apprenticeship should open for all students.
Sir please find the attachment, I am an ex-apprentice of lakhanpur OCP, lakhanpur area, Mahanadi coalfields limited, batch 2018-19. Please take serious and necessary action regarding the problem which I am facing, I am helpless and hopeless, I raise my problems in approx every platforms but didn't find any solution.
And why there is no employment opportunity either in company payroll or in outsourcing what is the meaning of doing apprentice if I don't get any opportunity,

Sir, I am an ex-apprentice of lakhanpur OCP lakhanpurea Mahanadi coalfields limited, my result of AITT110 is failed due to the fault of our deputy personnel manager, he doesn't know the difference between 50 and 300, and doesn't have proper computer knowledge but he is a deputy personnel manager of miniratna category-1 cpsu. Please take necessary action against him. Due to his fault every apprentice of my establishment failed in practical engineering, take necessary action to correct the result.

Sir Main Mahanadi coalfield limited ka 2018-2019 betch ka ex-apprentice hu.Main jharsuguda Lakhanpur opencast project (MCL) Main apprenticeship kia hu.Bt abhi tak mera result nhi aaya.Hamare subsidiary k sab ladka ko fail kia gaya.Hum sab theory clear kr k baithe hain.. Practical main hum sab ko fail kia gaya..Establishment k galti k karan hum sab abhi berojgaar baithe hain.2018 se hamara 2021 ho gaya lekin result nhi mila. Or ye corona k chalte sab Bhukmarra lyf jee rahe hain.

Sir,main 2020-2021 saal ka ex- apprentice hoon.Mera coal india limited HQ(Kolkata) main posting tha.sirf 7,700 stiphen de kar gadhe ki tarah kaam karwa leta hai.koi sikhane wala nahi hai.aur bhi advance tarike batane wala bhi nahin tha.upar se yeh Apprentice certificate leh kar hum log karunga kya!! Koi mahne nahi rakhta is certificate ka.kis ke liye yeh iti karenge log.!jo kaam in future kuch bhi kaam peh na ane paye..kaam karke fayda kya!yeh act change karna chahye.sir humain rojgar do.🙏🙏
